8.1 Clinical Practice Guidelines What are clinical practice guidelines? How are they developed? How are they implemented and measured? How are CPGs utilized in a healthcare organization to improve quality and delivery of care? As a healthcare administrator, what is your role with CPGs? Who is in charge of ensuring that clinical practice guidelines are being used and how is this audited? Maximum 5 pages – not including title page, abstract, references or appendices.
