This is an individual case study with four over-arching student evaluation pillars:
-Evidence of an effective case analysis using the appropriate course content,
-Clear incorporation of course frameworks/theories in solutions and recommendations,
-Professionally appropriate written analysis, and
-Thorough and detailed responses to the questions presented.

Please answer the following questions using the lens of leader as change agent:
1-Please provide a high-level executive summary of the case presented (not to exceed 250 words or one paragraph).
2-Using the facts provided, please apply 3-5 course materials to aid in your understanding of the change issues in this case scenario.
3-Analyze at least one of the main characters in terms of his/her ability to lead, manage change, communicate effectively, and promote cooperation.
4-Evaluate at least one change agent character within this case for his/her leadership style and identify at least three areas for improvement.
References/Citations: A minimum of 5 references required. For references within this assignment, please use the footnotes feature rather than endnotes or a bibliography page. (do not use outside sources)
It is expected that students will incorporate assigned readings based on a set of critical questions generated from the case study. The critical questions can be based on professional and workplace experiences related to the readings or questions
related to the relevance of the readings to empirical reality today.
