In Singapore’s Zero Waste Master Plan, E-waste is targeted as one of the three main waste streams to be reduced.
With the use of the Public-Private-People (3P) partnership approach, draft a proposal to identify possible actions that can be taken by these three sectors to reduce E-waste collaboratively.
In your proposal, include the following details:
The various stakeholders and how this 3P partnership works. Give at least two examples for each ‘P’ sector.
• A review of at least 3 social media tools currently adopted by these stakeholders and a discussion of their effectiveness in outreach and communication.
The proposal should start on a new page following Q5, using ‘Arial’ font type and font size ‘12’, with single spacing and left alignment. The main body of the proposal with relevant figures or diagrams should be kept to a maximum of 800 words, excluding title and reference pages. A content page is not required. References should be properly cited.
