The article that will be analysed will be: Samuel Huntington (1993) ‘The Clash of Civilizations?’ Foreign Affairs 72(3): 22-49. Question: What is meant by the idea of a ‘Clash of Civilisations’? Does Huntington provide an accurate and applicable reflection of modern-day international relations? Many academic disciplines discourage using unnecessary jargon, but clear language is especially important in critical reviews.
