2. Find an empirical paper that uses psychophysics. In essay form, answer the following questions: • What is their question of interest (broadly)? • What is the dimension of interest? • Explain the methodology that they use to measure changes in perception, generally as a method as well as how they are specifically applying it in this case. E.g., method of constant stimulus (what is the standard value?); Signal Detection Theory (what % of trials have no stimulus?); etc. • What pattern of results do they obtain? • What conclusions do they draw based on those results? Do you think that conclusion makes sense given the evidence they found? Why or why not? • What further question(s) do you think they should follow up with after this study? the paper is attached
