The purpose of this assignment is to orient you to the Social Work Interview process and expose you to some of the various components and skill sets that are required for a successful interview with a client or client systems. Completing the paper will also reinforce previous course concepts to include the NASW Code of Ethics, active listening, cultural competence and self-awareness.
Please answer the following questions and address the following content in this paper:

What are some harmful impacts of a negative interview with a client or client system?
What makes you interested in the social work profession?

Active Listening

Social Work Practice
Discuss each of the 5 NASW Code of Ethics Social Work principles (i.e., service, social justice, etc.) and give an example of how you have already applied this value in your personal life or how you plan to apply this value as a future social worker (you do not have to give both examples, you can choose one)
